Welcome to Ron's Hire!

Bar

If you are using a commercial venue, you should decide exactly what will be available to your guests, and if the guests will be required to pay for some or all of their own drinks. Very often, a limited bar, typically wines and beers, are provided, but spirits can be purchased by individuals. Some venues may permit you to bring in your own wines and charge a corkage fee, and this may or may not be a practical approach. At a private venue, you have control over what is available, what is served and what is accounted for. You also pay wholesale prices, rather than the hotel or restaurant charges for drinks. Should you have access to club facilities, prices can generally be negotiated and are considerably lower than those at hotels and restaurants.
